Building on the core learning of Tea Essentials, these units are tutor-led to provide greater depth of knowledge to the main tea categories and a guided, practical approach to brewing and tasting classic teas.

As a qualified Tea Guide, you will be able to talk with confidence about specific teas, their origins, the general craft of processing from leaf to cup, the influence of terroir and varietal and how to get the best from the leaf through the Art of Tea Brewing.

After completing the self-guided learning on green and white teas, you can join a live, tutor-led webinar. This unit includes carefully chosen green and white teas which we send to you to brew and taste with your tutor.

Complete all assessments on all three tea units in this course and you will achieve the Tea Guide Award.

After completing the self-guided learning on black and green teas, you can join a live, tutor-led webinar. This unit includes carefully chosen green and white teas which we send to you to brew and taste with your tutor.

This is a self-study unit exploring the stories and applications of the herbs and botanicals commonly found on drinks menus. It includes the spices used in chai, the botanicals often blended with tea as well as the fresh herbs that infuse and brighten mocktails and cocktails.
