Russell has run and taught professional catering and hospitality courses for over 22 years, in the post compulsory education sector. He is a judge for professional and junior chef competitions and was part of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts for 10 years. He owns the Tiger Tea Co, blending tea and brewing Kombucha for 13 years, and has even started growing his own tea.

Russell has a real passion for tea, teaching and sharing knowledge. We hope that lots of you will have the pleasure of training with him.
